Terms of Ticket Sales

The event producer has agreed to honour all valid ticket codes and allow you entry to the event. If you cannot provide proof of your ticket purchase (in the form of a unique ticket code, or photo identification) you may be denied entry.

It is your responsibility to ensure your ticket code(s) are not duplicated or copied. Each ticket code expires instantly upon use, and can only be used once. Duplicate codes will be denied entry.

Delivery

Your uniquely coded tickets are available as a PDF download instantly upon completion and payment of your order. This file is made available within your private account page on the website, and a download link is sent by email.

Any problems downloading, viewing, or printing your tickets should be brought to our customer service for help.

Refunds

Generally, there are no refunds or exchanges provided on all ticket sales.

If a ticketed event is canceled, refunds will be automaticly issued within 7 days of confirmation. In the case of significant changes to an event as advertised (date, major talent changes) you may request a refund, and each case will be evaluated.

Any other refund requests shall be granted at the discretion of the event producer.
